The project

InfoFactory has developed a portal for the University of Udine that facilitates the meeting between job demand and supply, aimed at both companies and university students and graduates: the Career Portal.

This platform aims to manage not only permanent job opportunities in an integrated manner, but also fixed-term ones, including internships provided by degree courses.

Result

A platform dedicated to the management of job proposals and offers, which allows students to access through their own Esse3 credentials to explore all the offers from companies. At the same time, companies have the opportunity to upload their own job offers.

Among the main features of the Career Portal stand out an intuitive system for the publication and management of job offers, a searchable database of qualified candidates and advanced matching tools, all aimed at optimizing the meeting between job demand and supply.

The Career Portal stands out for its user-friendly interface and the security of its back-end, thus ensuring an optimal user experience and the maximum protection of data.

Management of Offers

The main page of the portal displays the latest offers published and those highlighted by the university staff in charge of managing the system.

Students can choose whether to receive email notifications containing a list of offers most in line with the preferences indicated within their personal profile.

offerte

Single Offer Page

The single offer page presents a description of the proposal, accompanied by various information such as the type of contract offered, skills required and workplace location.

The offer is public and can be viewed by all users, but only those registered on the portal can submit an application.

Submission of the application

The authenticated student can apply by sending their CV, selecting a file from those available within their reserved area or uploading one at the time of application.

career3

Student Reserved Area

Students can authenticate to the system using the same credentials used to access Esse3.
Thanks to the connection between the two systems, in this way the student's personal data and information related to the study path are automatically filled in on the Career Portal.

The areas of interest remain at the discretion of the student who can specify one or more fields in which they would like to find internship opportunities.
